Used to prevent watering of your lawn during sufficient rainfall.  A rain sensor switch is wired to your sprinkler controller and will interrupt scheduled irrigation if it is raining and will keep the system off for a preset “dry down time.”  The sprinkler system will resume watering automatically once the sensor dries out.

Installed to water your plantings separately from your lawn.  Drip systems are useful because the watering needs differ from tthe lawn to the landscape plantings. With drip irrigation, you can deliver water directly to the root zone without wind drift or misting. It also helps to keep your hardwood mulch fresher, longer than over the top methods. The drip system will also water when you are away.

These heads have an internal pressure regulator that save a considerable amount of water.  If one of these heads were to break and the system ran, the pressure-limiting component would reduce water loss by up to 70%.  These heads reduce the pressure internally to minimize wind drift and misting by emitting a larger water droplet.  Another advantage to using these heads is that with the pressure regulator inside of each head they will maintain consistant pressure and reduce the occurrences of overwatering with the first head on the line and underwating on the last head.  The most important reason to use these heads is the water savings.  Because of the pressure limiting componant the average system will save approximately 630 gallons of water per spray head and 1305 gallons of water per rotor per season.  Payback is 9 months or less depending on your water rates.

With water rates increasing we are constantly pressed to find ways to conserve water while still maintaining a healthy landscape.  One way to achieve water conservation is through the use of Weather Based Smart Controllers.  These controllers have a weather sensor that will transmit on-site weather information to the controller so it only waters when needed. The smart controller senses and measures onsite rainfall and temperature, and uses historical data for solar radiation, humidity, etc. to regulate the watering.  It also uses user input for slope, sun exposure, sprinkler type, soil type, etc.  With this sensing capability, it will move up or push back watering cycles due to current weather conditions instead of on a preset schedule. A standard controller will water on a preset schedule despite what the weather may be doing.

These sensors sense moisture in the soil for control of the sprinkler system 4 to 6 inches down in the ground.  This device will turn off your sprinkler system when the soil at the root zone is to wet and turn it back on automatically when it begins to dry out.  The threshold for irrigation suspension is adjustable to accomodate different soil types and personal preferences.

This device is used to operate your sprinkler system without being at the control panel. Useful for doing maintenance or system tests. This device can be added to any sprinkler system for remote onsite access to the controller.

Is a device that allows the homeowner or the contractor to turn on and off the water supply to the sprinkler system without having to enter the house or business. (Great for homeowners that need to have the contractor service the sprinkler system when they are not here during startup and winterization.)

We use Frankilin Electric (Jaccuzzi Brand) Stainless Steel impeller pumps that will withstand the wear from the algae and small sand particles that are stirred up in the water. This will allow your pump to last much longer vs. plastic impeller pumps.
